Krystal moved to the Tampa Bay area from Fort Worth, TX. She studied Anthropology and received her bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University. While pursuing her MBA from Strayer University, she started her career in the financial industry at Fidelity. Since joining the Goodrich Wealth Planning team in 2017, she has focused on providing comprehensive service to our clients and their families.

Krystal grew up internationally, and she’s lived in Kenya, Malawi, Dubai, Kuwait, England and the U.S. She currently lives in Tampa with her husband Ken and children, Antonio and Isabella. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing by their pool. As a family, they enjoy playing board games, frisbee, bike riding, swimming, kayaking/paddle boarding (especially Weeki Wachi), and visiting the beaches.

Krystal is responsible for daily operational and administrative duties, including exceptional client service:

• Maintain Client Records {Account Forms, Beneficiary Information, Tax Documents, etc.)
• Money Movement (Deposits, Withdrawals, Wire Instructions, ACH Transfers)
• Check Re-Order, Check Copies, Visa Debit or Credit Cards
• Assist Clients with Everyday Account Questions and Needs
